How do art drops work?

Art drops (time-limited releases) are announced mainly via franblux social media (Instagram and/or Facebook) and made available for purchase during limited period. Everyone who orders during the limited period will get a signed print of the original art. We will never reprint an edition, once it has been made available during the art drop.

When will I receive my print?

Once the art drop (time-limited release) period is complete, print production will commence. Please allow roughly 4 weeks after placing order for receipt of art to allow for this production time. Any delay in delivery/shipment will result in prompt email communication, and all orders will receive email notification with tracking/delivery information.

Returns

Original artwork and prints are final sale - we do not accept returns. Here at franblux, we take immense pride in our work. Both original artwork and prints of select work are done with the highest level of integrity and we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.

Do we ship internationally?

We do!

Lost or Damaged Items

We take immense pride in protecting both original work and prints in transit, with protective packaging material. If the artwork/prints arrive damaged, contact franblux.art@gmail.com ASAP. We’ll be in touch with next steps.

Customer Privacy

Information you provide when placing an order via franblux.com will never, ever, be sold or otherwise given out to a third party.
